"I've collected my car (silver Rav 4) today following a bumper repair, and i just wanted to say thank you for firstly, doing such a great job on the car in terms of the repair, but secondly in terms of your customer service - it's been a pleasure dealing with you from start to finish, and i've felt confident throughout that you would do a good job. I was also extremely pleased that you'd cleaned my car, which not only was i not expecting, but you've cleaned it so well!! Even the air vents have been dusted, i don't think my car's been that clean since i bought it".

"You recently carried out bodywork repairs on my wife's car under insurance claim via Direct Line Insurance. I wish to record my complete satisfaction with the work you carried out and the condition of the car on collection. It would not be stretching the truth to say that i was really surprised that the damage was so completely removed without the replacement of two doors and at least one panel. And the valet clean, inside and out, was a delightful bonus. since you were not Direct Line's default bodyshop, i have contacted them to express my full appreciation of your work".

"I picked my car up from a bodywork repair late this morning, whilst i checked the repair works just before paying, i did not check the car overall.
Delighted is a word i could choose to use, the repair was absolutely fine and well matched in, but added to that the car had been cleaned externally, but also internally, this is great service delivery and should i be unfortuante to require works again, i will not hesitate to come back to HBS.
